RUSK Pro Rewards are a program to reward you for your loyalty to RUSK and our products.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can register by creating an account by using your name and address. If you're already a RUSK Pro Rewards member, you can simply log in and see your points and status.

WILL MY PREVIOUS ORDER BE COUNTED TOWARD MY CURRENT STATUS?

Yes, we have been saving your points! Check your rewards dashboard for your banked rewards.

WHY DIDN'T I EARN REWARDS ON MY PURCHASE?

First, verify that you were logged into your account while you were shopping and didn't accidentally check out as a guest. If you were and there was an error, please email customer support at support@ruskhair.com.

CAN I COMBINE REWARDS DISCOUNTS

No, reward discount codes cannot be combined. If you want to take advantage of a larger discount, make sure you bank your points and redeem at the larger amount.

CAN I USE REWARDS ON PROMOTIONAL OFFERS?

Short answer—maybe. Some promotional offers might not be able to be combined with a reward discount code—it's simply the way the system works. We apologize if you find this inconvenient!

HOW DO REWARDS POINTS WORK?

1. On the RUSK Pro website, select the rewards icon in the lower-left corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can go to the menu, select RUSK PRO REWARDS, then JOIN / SIGN IN from that page.
2. A popup window will display. Log in if you haven’t already.
3. Select REDEEM RUSK PRO REWARDS to turn your points into discounts.
4. Select DISCOUNT CODES to use your discount.
